Extranova Studio is operated by EXTRANOVA LLC. Because the service is digital consulting, completed consultations and delivered feedback are non-refundable.

If work has not started, customers may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact page.

Used service access, completed reviews, and delivered recommendations are not refundable. Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
